At Bonecom Tricom, the monthly HSE Committee Meeting is conducted as an important platform to review and improve the company’s performance in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). During this meeting, representatives from management and workers discuss workplace safety conditions, incident and near-miss reports, hazard identification, and the progress of corrective actions. The meeting also evaluates ongoing safety programs, ensures compliance with company HSE policies and applicable regulations, and promotes employee participation in maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Through these regular meetings, the company strengthens its commitment to preventing workplace incidents, protecting employees’ well-being, and supporting sustainable operations.
In commemoration of National Occupational Health and Safety Day (Indonesia), Bonecom Tricom organized a yearly Blood Donation Event as part of its commitment to promoting health, safety, and social responsibility. The activity involved employees voluntarily donating blood to help support the community and assist patients in need of blood supplies. The blood donation program reflects Bonecom Tricom’s dedication to fostering a caring workplace culture while supporting public health initiatives.
In addition, the company also held a Fun Run activity once up to twice a year involving employees from various departments. The event aimed to encourage a healthy lifestyle, strengthen teamwork, and increase awareness of the importance of physical fitness as part of occupational health.
